All About Me
Hi everybody! You’re currently looking at Nicholas K’s blog for English and Socials. I’m a 14 year old grade 9 student currently enrolled at Gleneagle Secondary. I’m a little bit shy and being social and making new relationships is something I’m not very good at. Even so, I decided to exit the French immersion program at Pitt River/Riverside ( of which I have been participating in since grade 6) and try TALONS, knowing almost nobody but giving it a shot anyways. So far it’s been great; people have been really accepting of me and my teachers, Mr. Jackson and Ms. Mulder have a different teaching style than I’m used to but I like it. I enjoy playing the drums and I love to read books. Specifically, science fiction and adventure books are my favorites. My favorite types of games are strategy based board games and video games.
I live in Port Coquitlam with my mom, dad, sister, and Portuguese water dog Scuba. I believe that if you work hard, you should play hard, and thats what I do.
